• Making payments in accordance with the agreed terms for any engagement

5. No guarantee of results

While we apply our experience and best practice to every engagement, advertising and marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales, ranking or advertising results.

6. Intellectual property

Content created for a client as part of an engagement (such as listing copy, ad creative, or store design) belongs to the client once paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This website's own design and content remain the property of HelloEcom.
